This policy explains how TradieBuddy AI (Tradie Buddy AI, ABN 13 220 178 522) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and how you can control them. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies (such as local storage, pixels and tags) work in comparable ways. They help a site function, remember your choices, measure performance, and, where you allow it, measure advertising.
2. The categories we use

We do not use a cookie consent banner. Our audience is Australian and Australian privacy law does not require one; instead we set out here exactly what runs and how to opt out. Our own first-party site measurement (no third-party sharing, IP one-way hashed, no advertising profile, and it sets no cookie) runs by default. Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymisation on) runs by default to help us improve the site, and you can opt out at any time (see section 4). We do not currently run any advertising cookies. If we introduce advertising cookies (for example a Meta Pixel) in future, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent before they run.

We add tools to this list before they go live. Analytics cookies run by default (you can opt out, see section 4). We do not currently run advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel; if that changes we will update this policy first.
4. Your choices
We do not show a cookie banner. You control analytics cookies through your browser and Google's opt-out tools:
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, and use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on to opt out of Google Analytics specifically. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed standard for how sites must respond, so we rely on the browser controls above to manage your choices.
